On With The Lien Process

Do It Yourself

All the documents you need can be found for free at the Bernician Website. There are eight notices which you will need to edit and send using the appropriate methods. However, the complete process is not explained so this is for those who know what they are doing. Once you have perfected the lien (completed the process), you must publish it. For this you can return to this site and upload your proof. You may also choose to place an ad in a newspaper, or use other means to make your lien public.

Editing all of the documents and following the required protocols can be a challenge, expecially for those new to the lien process.
